These are the terms which form the basis of the contract between the customer and Cake Coma. The customer accepts these terms when accepting the cake order and paying the deposit at the time of ordering.

Ordering, Confirmation and Payment

At the time of ordering the order form is to be filled out to the best of the customers knowledge at the time. 

A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to confirm the order.

The order process is to be completed thoroughly and will not be altered.

Order process:

Customer to email or message to enquire.

Cake Coma to send enquiry form via email.

Customer to provide completed enquiry form via email. 

Cake Coma to provide quote via email.

Customer to accept quote.

Cake Coma to provide invoice.

Customer to pay 50% deposit to confirm booking.

Customer to pay remainder of invoice due 7 days prior to the event.

Pick up 

The pickup time will be decided upon and confirmed 7 days prior to pick up.

The pickup will be from Cake Coma and the address will be provided 24hours prior to pick up.

Changes or Cancellation

If the customer wishes to make changes prior to 2 weeks before the event this will most likely be possible, depending on the changes.

If the customer wishes to make changes within 2 weeks of the event this may incur a fee depending on the changes.

If the customer cancels prior to 4 weeks before the event the 50% deposit will be refunded.

If the customer cancels within 4 weeks of the event the 50% deposit will not be refunded.

If the customer cancels 7 days or less before the event full payment will be required.

If Cake Coma is required to cancels for any reason, Cake Coma will try to rearrange to suit both parties however, if this is not possible a full refund will be provided.



Cake Coma accepts no liability for damage that occurs after pickup at the agreed time. The customer is to inspect the cake for damage prior to leaving the pickup location.

Cake Coma is not responsible for storage and damage caused by improper storage after pickup, instructions, however, will be provided at time of pickup.


Wheat and nuts are present in the Cake Coma kitchen; therefore, unfortunately, Cake Coma is not allergy-friendly. At this stage Cake Coma does not cater for gluten-free, however, dairy-free may be requested. 


Photographs supplied by the customer at the time of enquiry will be used as a guide and will never be copied directly.

Cake Coma reserves the right to take and use photographs of the customer's cake prior to pickup for advertising, marketing and promotional use without compensation to the customer.

Disclosure of Information

Cake Coma will not share any personal information including contact details and address to any parties unless authorised by the customer or unless required by law.
